Cancellation policy

1. Free cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the service start date. Any deposit paid will be refunded within 5 business days.

2. Cancellation with fee

Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the start are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.

3. No show

If you do not show up at the agreed place and time without prior notice, it is considered a no show and no refund applies.

4. Date changes

Date changes are subject to availability. If requested more than 48 hours in advance, no additional fee applies.

5. Cancellations by Desvío

If Desvío cancels the service due to force majeure or availability, we offer a full refund or free rescheduling.
