1. Use of service

By using this site and requesting services from Desvío, you accept these terms. Bookings are subject to availability and manual confirmation by our team.

2. Rental requirements

The main driver must be at least 21 years old, present a valid driver's license and a credit card in their name. Foreigners must present a current passport or ID.

3. Booking confirmation

Desvío does not charge automatic payments through the site. Every request is reviewed and confirmed by email or WhatsApp within 24 hours. The booking is only confirmed after payment agreement and contract signature.

4. Liability

The vehicle is delivered in optimal condition. The customer is responsible for damage caused by negligence, traffic violations and unauthorized use. Included insurance has the limits stated in the contract.

5. Changes

Desvío may update these terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page.
